She is committed to the development and implementation of resilience programs which incorporate the current evidence based neuroscience of wellbeing. White Trash by historian Nancy Isenberg is a riveting chronicle of class in America as explored through the role and the plight of the white underclass from the days of colonial settlers to the present. She has published multiple peer reviewed research articles, and book chapters on neuroimaging and cognitive neurology, and lectured widely on the Neuroscience of Compassion and Mindfulness.
